Do you display ads on memorial pages?
Never. We rely solely on our memorial plans to cover hosting, development, customer support, and ongoing improvements. Your memorial page will always remain free from advertisements.
Why is there a fee, while some sites are free?
“Free” memorial websites often rely on advertising, limited features, or selling visitor data. Many restrict photos, videos, or charge contributors for virtual items.
With Pet Memorials, every user is treated equally. All features, designs, and content are included — without ads, without data selling, and without hidden costs.

Is there a limit to photos, videos, or memories?
No. Once your memorial is active, all content is unlimited — photos, videos, memory wall posts, and timeline entries.
Can I edit the memorial after activation?
No. Once a memorial has been activated and published, its content is locked and cannot be edited or altered.
The memorial is preserved exactly as it was created, ensuring the integrity and authenticity of the memories shared.
How long will the memorial stay online?
The availability of a memorial depends on the selected plan:
- Monthly plan: the memorial stays online for 30 days
- Half-year plan: the memorial stays online for 6 months
- Yearly plan: the memorial stays online for 12 months
- Lifetime plan: the memorial remains online forever
If a memorial is nearing expiration, you can extend its validity or upgrade it to a Lifetime memorial at any time from the My Memorials page.
Do contributors need to register to post?
No. Friends and family can leave messages or memories without creating an account. You can optionally request an email address, but it will never be used for marketing.
Can I hide sections I don’t need?
Yes. Each section of the memorial (story, timeline, gallery, memory wall, etc.) can be enabled or disabled individually from the edit page.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is transmitted via secure SSL connections and stored on secure servers. We never sell or share your data or your visitors’ information.
Can I request new features or custom designs?
